BIG Open House week-end in Defiance, Ohio
Watch for the BIG OPEN HOUSE week-end in Defiance and surrounding areas!
The National Association of Realtors is promoting and encouraging a Nationwide Open House, Realty Five of Defiance will be participating with 8 homes open! 4 on Saturday the 10th and 4 on Sunday the 11th, the Open House will be held both days from 1:00 to 3:00.

NAR Survey of home buyers & sellers!
An INTERESTING FACT: A profile of home buyers and sellers from The National Association of Realtors surveyed 120,038 consumers who have purchased a home between July of 08 and June of 09. The survey result...almost everyone searching for a home to purchase uses the Internet, in fact 90% used the Internet at some point and 76% said they use it frequently!
Just 7 years ago only 41% of buyers and sellers used the Internet... can you imagine only 41% of us on the Internet??? YES The Internet has made its mark on the Real Estate Industry along with our daily lives!
