The Defiance area mortgage rates are UNBELIEVABLE!
I have had my Realtor license for 6 years & during this time frame I have been told countless times that the mortgage rates are at historical lows... WOW the rates I just received yesterday from a Defiance Fifth Third Mortgage Lender are VERY historically low!
8/17/2011 Rates:
Conventional
30 year fixed- 4.00% 20 year fixed- 3.75% 15 year fixed- 3.25%
Government
FHA/VA-30 year fixed - 4.125%
FHA/VA-15 year fixed- 3.25%
USDA 30 year fixed- 4.125%
