Light it up... if your home is on the Defiance area Real Estate market then be sure to turn on all the lights so buyers can see your home!

Take a walk through your house & check light bulbs in every room, replace burnt out bulbs with bright new ones, if it has a light bulb then light it up... all of them from small decorative lamps to ceiling fans to outdoor sconces!

If you are a seller and your agent has a showing scheduled... turn your lights on, your house will show better inside and out! Your house is for sale after all, so show it off with a warm friendly light filled atmosphere.

I want to buy the PERFECT house! Give me a break...

I want to buy the perfect house for me! As a Realtor I'm so glad you want to buy a house, really I'am... but a perfect house? I'm not convinced there is a perfect house unless money is flowing like water and you can find a builder to build you a perfect house!

There are so many Real Estate Agents in this industry who have a motto of "promising to find you the perfect house" rubbish I say! If a home has 80% of what you are hoping for...buy it because no house has 100% of what you want, unless of course money is no object!!!
